About the Joolz

All of my jewelry is made using only the finest components.  All silver beads and findings are sterling and I only string on 49-strand beading wire so my jewelry can stand up to even the toughest wearer (like me).  I am very picky so you can be assured that you are getting only the best!

Return Policy

I have a pretty flexible return policy because I want people to be happy with purchases.  The jewelry is returnable within 60 days of purchase for a full refund minus shipping.  Handmade jewelry can be "re-styled" if the style is the reason for the return.  Please contact me if this is the case and we can chat... 

Shipping

Items are usually shipped within 7-10 business days unless some components are out of stock.  I will let you know if anything is out of stock and then you have the option to cancel the order or wait a few more days than usual.  :)

Care of Handmade Jewelry

Depending upon how much the jewelry is worn, it may need to be restrung occasionally.  If you notice any major wear on the wires, I can re-string it for you for a minimal charge (usually $5).  Please contact me before sending the jewelry back.

Sterling silver will naturally oxidize (tarnish) just from being exposed to air.  A polishing cloth can be used to shine it up.  Please do not use any sterling dip on any pieces with Bali silver as it is supposed to look oxidized.

Warning for Baby & Girly Joolz

Please use common sense with the Baby Joolz & Girly Joolz Bracelets.  They are not to be worn by babies or small girlies unsupervised by an adult as the small pieces could pose a choking hazard.

About Courtney

After the birth of kiddie number two, I began searching for a fun small business to run from home.  Wow, was that a nightmare!  You know, it is so funny how sometimes the obvious answer is not so obvious at first.  It took a few months of reading about how you should really "do what you love" before I finally woke up and the answer was clear.  I decided to create this company out of my love for jewelry and creative endeavors...

Now my family has grown by two more children and I am hoping that my business will continue to grow since I am still having so much fun. 

I am constantly searching for new ideas, so feel free to ask me to whip something up for you if you have something else in mind other than what you see on the site.
