ORDERS & PAYMENT

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept all major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, and other secure payment methods through our checkout.

Q: Will I receive an order confirmation?

A: Yes! you'll receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is placed, followed by a shipping notification when your jewelry is on its way.

Q: Can I modify or cancel my order?

A: Please contact us immediately at hellofunkyjoolz@gmail.com if you need to modify or cancel your order. Because all jewelry is handcrafted to order based on your specifications ( finish and length ), once production begins ( typically within 24-48 hours of order placement ), we cannot cancel or modify your order. If you receive an item that is faulty or significantly different from what you ordered, please see our Refund Policy for returns information.

Q: Where do you ship?

A: We ship worldwide to 37 countries including:

• United Kingdom - Royal Mail with full tracking
• European Union ( 27 countries ) - £8.50, 5-7 business days
• USA & Canada - £15.00, 7-10 business days
• Asia & Australia - £18.00, 7-14 business days

Q: What about customs and duties for international orders?

A: International orders ( outside the UK ) may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our product or shipping prices. We complete all customs declarations accurately to help ensure smooth delivery. Q: Do you offer gift wrapping?

A: All our jewelry arrives in beautiful FSC-certified paper boxes with embossed Funky Joolz logo - perfect for gifting! Each piece is carefully placed in an organic cotton pouch for extra protection. For shipping, we use recyclable cardboard boxes with natural, biodegradable filling materials.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

Q: Are your pieces handmade?

A: Yes! Every piece is designed and handcrafted in our UK studio with meticulous attention to detail.

Q: What materials do you use?

A: We work exclusively with premium materials: 925 sterling silver, freshwater pearls, genuine gemstones, and carefully selected beads. All pieces are available in 24k gold-plated or rhodium-plated finishes with anti-tarnish coating.

Q: Are your pieces hypoallergenic?

A: Yes! All our jewelry is made with 925 sterling silver and is hypoallergenic, making it suitable for sensitive skin.

Q: Are your products tested and certified?

A: Yes! Our 925 sterling silver jewelry is certified and tested to meet European safety standards, including:

• REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals)
• SVHC (Substances of Very High Concern) compliance
• EN 1811 - Standard for nickel release limits

Our jewelry does not contain harmful substances such as nickel, cadmium, lead, or any other chemicals listed under REACH and SVHC regulations. All products are tested by certified laboratories to ensure your safety and peace of mind.

Q: Why does each piece look slightly different?

A: We use natural freshwater pearls and genuine gemstones, which means each piece has unique variations in color, shape, and texture. This makes your jewelry truly one-of-a-kind!

Q: Can I choose the exact pearls or stone variations?

A: Due to the natural variations in our materials, we cannot guarantee specific pearl shapes or stone colors. However, we carefully select each component to ensure beautiful, high-quality pieces.

Q: Do you offer custom pieces?

A: We currently don't offer custom orders, but we're always creating new designs! Follow us on Instagram to see our latest creations.

SIZING & FIT

Q: What length necklace should I choose?

A: Most of our necklaces come with multiple length options and include a 1.5" (4cm) extension chain for adjustability:

• 15" (38cm) - Choker style, sits at collarbone
• 16" (41cm) - Classic length, sits just bellow collarbone
• 18" (46cm) - Longer length, sits at or below neckline

Q: Are your bracelets adjustable?

A: Yes! Our bracelets feature extension chain for a comfortable, adjustable fit.

Q: Do ear cuffs require pierced ears?

A: No! Our EAR CUFF requires no piercing - simply slide it onto your ear cartilage for an effortless look.

CARE & MAINTENANCE

Q: How do I care for my jewelry?

A: To keep your Funky Joolz pieces beautiful:

• Store in a cool, dry place (use the box we provide!)
• Gently wipe with a soft cloth after wear
• Avoid water, perfume, cosmetics, and harsh chemicals
• Put jewelry on last ( after makeup and perfume)
• Remove before swimming, showering, or exercising

Q: Will my jewelry tarnish?

A: All our pieces feature anti-tarnish coating. With proper care, your jewelry will maintain its beautiful finish. If tarnishing occurs over time, gently polish with a jewelry polishing cloth.

Q: Can I wear my jewelry in water?

A: We recommend removing your jewelry before swimming, showering, or exercising to maintain its beauty and longevity.
